This wine is straight from the sun-drenched shores of the Mediterranean. Its soft and light pink color looks like rosy cheeks after a first kiss. Beautiful floral and berry aromas awaken your senses. And freshly picked summer peaches and strawberry cream dance around your palate. It’s unique bottle features a glass stopper and reveals bubble style indentations as you drink the wine.

Color: Very light pink, like the sun’s reflection on water.
Nose: Amazing aromatics that are very inviting. Dominant orchard fruits like peaches, peach ring candies and a sweet fruit salad. A very beautiful, floral and intense nose that jumps out from the glass.
Taste: The freshness, the fruitiness of this wine hits you at the front of your tongue. Freshly picked and chopped fruit, very ripe peach and strawberry flavors. A great texture, almost silkiness to the wine.
Pairings: A perfect cocktail rosé – it doesn’t need food to lift the flavors, it does a fantastic job of that all on its own. Would pair well with spicy food, like Szechuan chicken or Mexican dishes with a little heat.

Nestled in the hills of Provence, vines have been grown on the Château grounds since Roman times. Situated on the Aurelian Way, a Roman road formerly linking Italy and Spain, the vineyard was also a trading post for wines. Sheltered by acres of pine forests and lavender fields and enjoying over 3000 hours of sunshine a year, our grapes enjoy the cooler Provence nights which slows their ripening and helps produce this perfect range of Provencal rosés.

Color: A deep, vibrant pink color fills the glass.
Nose: Powerful and beautiful out of the glass, a massive cornucopia of flavors catch your nose. Classic Provençal herbs such as rosemary, sage and lavender, leading to strawberry preserves and a touch of black cherry.
Taste: Incredibly well balanced between berries and red currant flavors and a deep complexity that shows roundness and a stony texture. The 1-2 punch of winter citrus acidity and body of a light red wine give your palate a wonderful workout. The flavors of shiso leaf, Asian spices and watermelon hang on the palate giving a very long finish.
This single-vineyard wine comes from a high elevation parcel, giving a wine with a crisp, bright, tight character. Red-current fruits, layers of acidity and zesty texture come together in a wine that could develop further. Try waiting until the end of 2018 - 91 points.

Berne's 2017 Cotes de Provence Rose Chateau de Berne is the most mineral-laced of the company's bottlings, with scents of crushed stone dominating the nose. Hints of melon, peach and citrus peek through, but even the medium-bodied palate resists being stereotyped as fruity, providing a plump, appealing texture without overt fruitiness, instead offering an appealing austerity that tastes more like citrus pith or zest than flesh.
